Cancellation Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Appointment times are fixed and cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. Please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If not, you will be charged a cancellation fee/no show fee equal to 50% of the price of your schedule service. Thank you for understanding.
